Yield Normalization

Normalizing is a technique to identify trends in a field from year to year regardless of the crop being grown.  Once the average yield for the field is identified, you can then determine the percent of average in specific areas of the field.

In the following examples:

DARK RED = above 110%
BRIGHT RED = 90% to 110%
WHITE = below 90%
